We hired a car from Arkadi in September 2018. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our car had a problem with the gear box so we returned it. It was clear from their response that they had not been aware of the problem but were quick to provide us with a replacement upgraded car and gave us the a free day to compensate for the inconvenience. Didn’t even charge for the fuel. We were very happy with the car we were given and the courteous and friendly response from staff. We were even able to park the car outside their forecourt overnight and so avoid car park fees. We would definitely use them again if we return to Crete and would recommend them.

There are dozen rental companies in Crete. There is only 1 Arkadi.
Hiring a car or a bike through this company will leave you with a big smille.
Cars and Bikes are the best conditions you can expect (when not brand new). Service and price very competitve. And last but not least, the best team ever, always smilling giving you the best advise for a beach, a restaurant or a bar…

We have used Arkadi for the last five years for our holiday rentals and would recommend Arkadi without hesitation. I have been using Arkadi’s services for the last four years. I would strongly recommend them due to their professionalism and good spirit of doing their job. Since this is a family business the boys service you with high quality. The staff is friendly and speaks many languages. No issues at all with releasing the deposit ( as opposed to Hertz for instance) , pick up and drop of the airport.

Best rental company we’ve ever used. Rented a Honda NC750x for 5 days. Amazing service, very nice bike and Yiannis was the best! If you want to rent a vehicle in Rethymnon this is the place to go!

Communications in setting up our car rental were easy and efficient. Arkadi personnel met us at Heraklion Airport to finalize the rental and answer all of our questions, including providing us a 24-hour a day telephone number for help. The car was in excellent condition and worked perfectly for our nine-day rental. I will rent from Arkadi again my next time on Crete!

The best rent-a-car company we have used so far.

We got 1 yr old Golf at very good price for this period of year on Crete. No need to mention that car worked flawlessly. GPS and extra two seats for children was free og charge! Car delivery and return happend at airport, out of normal working hours, again there was no extra charge. Everything went so easy and we got real value for money.

The detail I liked most of all was that I got only one price from Arkadi. That was also the final price, really no hidden costs.

Next time on Crete I will definitly use them again.

In short, the best company I have worked with for car rental. I have been 4 consecutive years in Rethimno and comparing with internationals like Hertz for instance, Arkadi is few levels above. Professional, handy and Multilanguage speaking staff. Affordable prices and user friendly conditions .The last but, not the least friendly and smiling.
